The Challenge
Platform where one side lists and the other browses, with an admin approval layer. Challenge was building moderation that didn’t create friction for either side while preventing fraudulent listings, plus a search/filter system fast enough for real-time browsing at scale.
Our Approach
We built an approval workflow that queues suspicious listings for review without blocking legitimate sellers, and indexed the search/filter layer specifically for the query patterns real users were hitting.
The Impact
Fraudulent listings get caught before they go live, while genuine sellers experience no added delay, and browsing stays fast as the listings volume grows.
