The Challenge
Course management platform build. Real challenge wasn't the build — it was handoff: client had zero technical background, so the entire plugin stack, caching, and SEO setup had to be simplified enough for a non-technical team to run solo post-launch.
Our Approach
We deliberately limited the plugin stack to what the team could maintain, pre-configured caching and SEO so nothing required ongoing technical decisions, and walked through a written handoff guide before launch.
The Impact
The client has run the platform independently since launch — adding and updating courses without developer involvement, which was the actual success criterion for this project.
